Most of our products are NOT in stock when you order. Once you have placed an order, we go and prepare it especially for you.

We believe your item must be very special. That's why we created the Made-to-Order system, so we can create something especially for you. ♥

Each decoration is applied by hand, inspected and carefully packed and filled with love before sending final product. 

Once we got your order, it take 1 to 3 days to prepare. We ship orders on as soon as the product is finished, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. Once your item is ready to go, we will send you an email confirmation with shipping details. We do our very very best for you to get your item as quick as possible.

At this time, we only ship to Canada, the United States and Mexico. We will be shipping to more countries soon. If you want and item to be shipped to your country please contact us, we will be happy to provide you with accurate shipping fees to your country.

Come countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and it's the customer's responsibility to pay for any fees imposed bu customs at delivery depending on their country. We suggest you to find what fees are applicable in your country before you order.

We prepare each item with care before packing and shipping. But sometimes, you get your order, try on your item, and something just ain't right. Hey it happens! 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Made-to-Order product. Just return it for refund. If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, send it back to us. You have 30 days to return your item to us.

Just fill in the return form included in your order and send the item back to us along with the form.

We do our best to process all returns within 1-3 business days once the item is returned and received to our warehouse.

Every item returned will be carefully  inspect before processing a refund. To qualify for a refund, your item needs to be:

1- Unworn
2- Unwashed
3- In the original packing
4- In the original condition 

* All postage cost to return your item must be covered by the customer.
