We prepare each item with care before packing and shipping. But sometimes, you get your order, try on your item, and something just ain’t right. Hey, it happens! We’ve been there too! Tee Company will gladly offer a refund for items returned if not 100% satisfied with your Made-to-Order product. As simple as that.
If it doesn’t fit or you don’t love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it. You have 30 days to return your item to us.
If you received a defective or wrong garment, we’re super sorry! We want you to LOVE your item. If we sent you an item that isn’t quite right, please email us and we’ll do everything we can to put a smile back on your face :)
How to return your item:
Just fill in the return form included in your order and send it back to us.
We do our best to process all returns within 1-3 business days once the item returned is received to our warehouse. We don’t do exchanges, you can choose between receiving a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a refund your item needs to be:
- In the original packing
- In the original condition that it was sent out to you.
Return postage fees:
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
